On October 1, 2025, the Investment Corporation welcomed MEITETSU CITY DESIGN CO.,LTD. as a new sponsor and transitioned to dual-sponsor structure with XYMAX Group Corporation and MEITETSU CITY DESIGN CO., LTD.

The Investment Corporation was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market on February 15, 2018, With XYMAX Group Corporation as its sponsor. Today, it is a diversified J-REIT sponsored by two companies: MEITETSU CITY DESIGN CO.,LTD. an integrated property developer of Nagoya Railroad Group and the XYMAX Group Corporation, a leading company in the real estate management.

MEITETSU CITY DESIGN CO.,LTD., as the core company responsible for the real estate business of the Nagoya Railroad Group, has focused on residential development along Nagoya railroad lines, the leasing business centered on residential and office properties, and the development of station-front commercial facilities, while also expanding operations into the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region. In addition, the Nagoya Railroad Group also engages in property management and building maintenance services.

As one of the pioneers in the property management business in Japan, the XYMAX Group Corporation boasts one of the country’s leading track records in real estate management services. It has long supported the real estate investment market, including J-REITs, from the perspective of real estate management.
