Financial Strategy
Financial management and LTV ratio control with emphasis on stability and soundness
The Investment Corporation will implement a financial strategy that prioritizes stability and soundness while securing flexibility in financing, with the objectives of (i) ensuring stable revenues on a medium to long-term basis, (ii) achieving steady growth of assets under management (AUM), and (iii) maintaining operational stability.
| Debt financing | The Investment Corporation will carefully manage its borrowings by balancing maturities between short and long-term borrowings, balancing fixed and floating interest rates, and diversifying repayment schedules. At the same time, it will consider diversifying the sources of debt financing through issuance of bonds depending on the future market conditions. |

| LTV ratio level | The Investment Corporation shall manage with an LTV ratio level of approximately 60% as the upper limit in principle. However, as a basic policy, it will basically keep it at a more conservative level in order to ensure financial flexibility for property acquisitions using various debt instruments. |
