Based on the sponsor support agreement with the sponsors, MEITETSU CITY DESIGN CO.,LTD. and XYMAX GROUP Corporation, The Investment Corporation aims to cultivate opportunities for property acquisitions by utilizing Nagoya Railroad Group’s unique information capabilities, mainly in the Chubu region as well as identifying the needs for real estate disposal of the customer base of the XYMAX Group.

■	Properties developed and owned through rental businesses centered on offices and housing, the development of commercial facilities near train stations, residential development along Nagoya Railroad lines, and business expansion into the Tokyo metropolitan and Kansai areas will be utilized as property acquisition opportunities for the Investment Corporation.
■	Leveraging information gathering capabilities in the Chubu region, centered on central Nagoya, and utilize this as property acquisition opportunities for the Investment Corporation by providing a steady supply of properties based on continuous real estate sourcing and development.
